No affiliation

This website is an independent publication. It is not the official Ledger website, not an official support channel, not an authorised reseller, not an official download portal, not an account portal, and not a wallet recovery service. It is not operated by, approved by, sponsored by or connected to Ledger SAS in any way, and it makes no claim to documented authorisation for any such connection.

Product names are used descriptively, to identify the software and hardware being documented. Trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

No software distribution

This site hosts no installers, no firmware, no updates, no mirrors and no archives, and it publishes no download buttons. It does not repackage, modify or redistribute any application, and it does not offer "compatible", "lite", "cracked" or "pro" builds for unsupported systems. Instructions on this site explain how to obtain software from the developer's own distribution channel and how to verify it before use.

No support or recovery services

This site cannot and will not:

  • access, unlock, restore, recover or migrate any wallet or account;
  • retrieve a lost recovery phrase, or help anyone else attempt to;
  • cancel, reverse, trace, accelerate or intervene in any transaction;
  • act as an intermediary between a reader and any vendor, exchange or service;
  • represent any vendor, or speak on any vendor's behalf.

Nobody can recover an account without its recovery phrase. Any service that claims otherwise is a fraud, whatever it charges.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or transfer any asset. No content promises, implies or forecasts any financial return. Discussions of software features are technical descriptions, not endorsements of any asset, service or provider.

Security notice

This site will never ask you for your Secret Recovery Phrase, your recovery words, your private keys, your PIN, a password, or a payment. It contains no forms, no credential fields and no "verification" processes. Any page, message or pop-up claiming to be from this site and asking for those things is an impersonation — report it using the address on the contact page.

Similarly, this site will never instruct you to disable Microsoft Defender, Windows SmartScreen, Windows Firewall, macOS Gatekeeper, antivirus software or a device confirmation prompt. Where a security control objects to something, this site recommends verification instead.

Accuracy and currency

Content is checked against the developer's official documentation and each page carries a review date. Software requirements, supported versions, distribution details and security recommendations nevertheless change without notice, and a page accurate at review may become inaccurate afterwards. The developer's official documentation is always the authoritative source; readers should confirm current facts there before acting.

Where official documentation does not state a figure — for example, the desktop application's RAM or disk requirements — this site says so rather than supplying an estimate.

Links to external websites, including the developer's official documentation, are provided so that readers can verify information independently. This site does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices.
